Ordering & Payments+
How do I place an order?+

Browse our collection, select your size and design, then proceed to checkout. An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is completed.

Payment methods?+

We accept FPX (online banking), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and e-wallets (Touch N’ Go, GrabPay, GrabPay Later, Atome Pay Later). All transactions are securely processed through Billplz and Stripe (trusted by big companies and government).

Modify order after payment completed?+

Orders are processed quickly. Contact us within 12 hours of purchase at hello@minimad.co — cancellation not guaranteed.

Sizing & Fit+
How do I choose the right size?+

Refer to the Size Chart on every each product page, or visit our Measurement Guide.

Do your cotton t-shirts shrink?+

No, because we use pre-shrunk cotton to minimise shrinkage. Always wash them inside-out in normal temperature water and air-dry for best results.

Shipping & Delivery+
Ship to?+

We ship across Malaysia (West & East) and Singapore.

Shipping fees?+

FREE shipping to West Malaysia. East Malaysia RM10.00. Singapore fees are calculated at checkout.

What courier companies do you use?+

Malaysia — Pos Malaysia / PosLaju, SPX Express, J&T, whichever supports your address.
Singapore — Aramex International, SF Express, NinjaVan International.

How long does delivery take?+

Process and dispatch within 1–3 business days.

West Malaysia: 2–5 business days  |  East Malaysia: 4–7 business days  |  Singapore: 2–5 business days.

Can I track my order?+

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Do you offer same-day delivery?+

Not at this time. We prioritise careful quality checks for every order.

Returns & Exchanges+
What if my item is damaged, defective, or wrong?+

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@minimad.co or DM us via Instagram with your order ID and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange my order?+

Unworn items with original tags intact are eligible within 7 days of delivery. Email us or DM on Instagram with your order ID.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Free shipping orders will have the standard shipping fee deducted from the refund.

Product Care & Craftsmanship+
How do I care for my item?+

Machine wash cold or room temperature (30°C) inside-out. Avoid bleach, tumble-drying, and ironing on embroidery. Air-dry flat.

Will the embroidery unravel?+

Our designs use industrial-grade threads with reinforced stitching. With proper care they remain intact and vibrant.

Do you offer custom designs?+

Not currently. We focus on curated minimalist pieces. Follow us on Instagram for new releases.

We’re a small team based in Penang, Malaysia, crafting quality timeless pieces for everyday wear.

Are your materials sustainable?+

Yes. We use 100% organic cotton and non-toxic threads. Our packaging is recyclable and reusable.

Where are your products made?+

Every each pieces is ethically crafted in Malaysia, including materials that sourced internationally.
