We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Account & Purchases

To order, you may or may no need to create an account. If you do, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account details.
Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours.
All embroidery designs, product images, and content are owned by XXXIII STUDIO. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) and inclusive of GST/SST (if applicable).
Prices are fixed and do not include shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Billplz, GrabPay). By purchasing, you agree to their terms.

5. Shipping & Returns

We ship via partners (e.g., Pos Malaysia, PosLaju, etc.). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
We aim to fulfill and ship orders within 24–48 hours (weekdays).
Once a tracking number is issued, delivery timing is controlled by the courier service.
We are not responsible for parcels lost in shared areas (mailrooms, guard houses, or office receptions).

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content are owned by minimad.co (XXXIII STUDIO). Unauthorized use (including copying embroidery designs) violates copyright laws.

7. User Conduct
Do not:

Hack, spam, or disrupt the Website.
Use bots/scrapers to steal designs or data.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Delays due to shipping carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).
Minor variations in embroidery color/placement due to production processes.

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.

10. Disclaimer for our products
We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of products shown on this website. However, due to inconsistencies of various display monitors and mobile screen settings, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s or mobile’s display of color will be accurate.
